The artistic impact of religious intertextuality and its relation to place in Al-Hadi Adam'S poetry

Abstract

Al-Hadi Adam is considered one of the most prominent contemporary Sudanese poets, deeply influenced by place. He possessed a clear vision in expressing his ideas, and place is strikingly evident in his complete poetic works, forming a significant space within his poetry. This study reveals the poet's personality and religious influences, highlighting the importance of place and the artistic impact of religious intertextuality, thus elucidating its artistic value. Place reflects the existential relationship that connects humanity to the place that embraces it. Modern studies have also focused on place, establishing its presence in literary studies as an entry point for the intellectual and aesthetic reading of literary texts.
