Recent years have witnessed tremendous developments in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), especially in natural language processing (NLP) and its applications in Arabic language sciences.
Artificial intelligence is a revolutionary tool for analyzing Arabic texts, translating literature, and developing linguistic education, which enhances the position of the Arabic language in the digital space.
This research aims to study the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in developing Arabic language teaching, in terms of the methods used, educational impact, challenges, and future recommendations. The research reviews the most prominent applications based on artificial intelligence, such as programs for correcting spelling and grammatical errors, voice recognition, chat robots, adaptive learning systems, and other tools that contribute to facilitating language learning.
The research concludes that artificial intelligence has become an effective tool in teaching Arabic, but it requires educational consolidation, continuous technical development, and cooperation between language experts and programmers to provide authentic content that serves the goals of education and preserves the identity of the language.
This research followed the descriptive and inductive approach, and consisted of an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion as follows:
The first topic: Definition of artificial intelligence and its origins.
The second topic: Applications of artificial intelligence in Arabic language sciences.
The third topic: The role of artificial intelligence in teaching the Arabic language.
The most important results of this research are:
Artificial intelligence has proven its ability to serve Arab sciences in analyzing and processing large amounts of linguistic texts, but it requires the preparation of appropriate data and specialized training.
Artificial intelligence faces linguistic and contextual difficulties in understanding texts, such as: grammatical structures, cognates, and deletion of pronouns, which affects the accuracy of the analysis.Artificial intelligence has difficulty dealing with precise linguistic terms, and making judgments without specialized databases.
The lack of structured linguistic data represents a major challenge for artificial intelligence, which reduces its ability to distinguish and analyze texts in depth.
Artificial intelligence cannot make an accurate judgment without specialized human supervision guiding the analysis mechanism.
Artificial intelligence faces challenges in dealing with linguistic sciences, due to the difficulty of determining temporal contexts.
There are concerns about the possibility of distorting or manipulating linguistic texts using artificial intelligence, which requires continuous review by scientists to ensure the accuracy of the results and protect the texts.
